Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your valued custom and choosing our local business for your hair services

Although we know things can pop up last minute we work hard to keep our business running smoothly and to manage our bookings we have a 24 hour cancelation policy, cancelling with notice gives us time to refill the appointment with clients who are waiting and to not lose out on business

We require 24 hour notice to cancel failure to do so will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost

No shows or last minute cancellation/reschedule will require full payment of scheduled service cost

Future appointments will not be bookable until payment is received
